Following ICFF, Ingrid Michaelson delivered a strong and intimate performance set amongst the newly revealed Heart, Light & Shadow installation. Michaelson opened with her song “Ghost,” from which the installation drew its inspiration.
Our Ghost collection plays on shades of white to ease the dimensions of shadows, a visual nod to an emotional balance.
The pieces, while solid and substantial in size, read as light and airy.
Like an apparition, with a voluminous presence, but a vaporizing transparency, the Ghost collection is significant and strong, while being ethereal and moving.
